How do i link my account and my profile page

When i'm logged in i don't have anything from my game in my account. I don't have my characters, stash's, or achievements loaded when i look at the tab's. How do I sync my game and the poe website

Have you logged into the correct account? If you usually play through Steam or on one of the consoles, you can log into your preferred account using the buttons to the right of the login page.
