Scripts and CSS are not fully loading

I am unable to fully load some websites. It started today, around 15 hours ago.
So far websites that I cant access without going through cloudflare check if I am not a robot:
pathofexile.com
jquery.com
getboostrap.com
reactjs website loads nicely tho
In addition, I am unable to update league of legends client even though all of their servers are online and my friend is able to access it.(different provider)

These websites, that I use often, always ask me for "robot check" and sometimes they do not load any scripts and css styles at all.
I've spoken to server engineer at my internet provider and they are telling me that's it is something wrong on my side.
I wanted also to contact LoL support but it isnt loading any css or scripts on their website so I am unable to access it at all.

Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?
