Unable to connect to login server

Good Day,
If anyone can help: Can't login to any server(EU), note this is an ongoing issue. Actually caused me to stop playing the game for months. I have tried the following: *I receive the error when trying to log in to any server after successfully starting the game "Unable to connect to login server" *Checked my firewall, no blocking there *Deleted and re-installed game *Checked my antivirus, no issues there *Can play any other games with no network related issues *Been on Reddit and POE forums but did not find any solutions *Side note using steam Love this game to bits but at my wits end here on how to fix this. " Sounds like a DNS problem. You should install the Wireshark program and see whats going on. It could be your ISP that are blocking your trafic. Please do a WinMTR report against the PoE gateway closet to you. Did you try the stand-alone client? Are you using any kind of VPN connection? | |

If you want to try the stand-alone client, just follow this guide from GGG -->
If you created your Path of Exile account via Steam, it will not have an associated email address on our end. If you would like to add an email address to your Steam Path of Exile account so you may use the stand-alone client, you should be able to do so by logging into our website using the green 'Sign in through STEAM' button on our login page, then navigating to the 'change email' page here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/change-email and proceeding to change the email on your account to the email you would like to sign in with on the stand-alone client for Path of Exile. |
