Life Regeneration = Energy Shield Regeneration?

- Life Regeneration now also applies to Energy Shield.
- You cannot Recharge Energy Shield.

I always wanted to play a "Regeneration" build that utilized both Life and Energy Shield (I love playing Templars), but it seems the best way to do so is to choose one or the other. (Marauder for Life, Witch for Energy Shield.) While I would love to just have Life Regeneration apply to ES without any penalty, that would likely be OP and there should be some form of "trade-off."

I know Zealots Oath exists, but that transfers Life Regeneration to Energy Shield Regeneration, while I would like have regeneration for both. The closest PoE currently has to this is a Consecrated Ground Inquisitor, but that relies on being on Consecrated Ground instead of being a "passive effect," and is a flat value instead of a scaling one.

I guess this idea also impacts Eldritch Battery usage and by extension, Mind Over Matter. I'm not sure of the exact consequences the idea may have and I'm not sure of the state of hybrid builds compared to min-maxed ones, but I hope it is a fun concept for builds without being gamebreaking or OP. If necessary, the scaling of how much Life Regeneration is applied can be changed (so instead of 100%, maybe 50% or something).

TLDR: Can we have Energy Shield Regeneration that scales off of Life Regeneration, while keeping the Life Regeneration?
