CoC assassin item quantity question

Hi,

I am trying to convert my CoC Cyclone assassin into a MF character. Right now, I have a 6 linked cyclone - ice nova in the chest and am dual-wielding Cospris (one with ice nova-frost bolt-ice bite and one with frostbite-frost bomb-increased area of effect).
However, I am wondering where to put an Item quantity gem to maximize its potential. Should it be part of the 6-link or part of the ice nova-frost bolt Cospri?

This is my CoC Ice Nova setup on Standard league with some MF gear.
For max quantity effect you need the gem in both chest and sword.

If you only use 1 gem it should go in the socket with the skill that deals the killing blow most often. That would probably be your 6-link since that does the most damage.

Actually, the Ice Nova from the MH gets triggered first, so if it is enough to onehit enemies, that one will get the killing blow.

You should do some testing on whether the damage is low enough (just take out Ice Nova from your main link and see how many enemies survive if you stop attacking after triggering Ice Novas from your MH once).
