Combination of 3. Is it possible?

I use soulrend.
I just now inserted 3 skills: bane, despair and contagion. For now i have no time to understand this combination of 3.
Can i use all these 3 skills simultaniously to increase chaos damage?

Bane applies a debuff and also casts linked curses, so you can cast Despair by casting Bane. Contagion is a spell that spreads itself when a "carrier" dies. It's more commonly used with Essence Drain because ED can also be spread via Contagion.

Sourend w/ Bane and Despair makes for a good combination. Not sure I would put Contagion in that mix as there are probably stronger options, e.g. Blight or Wither.

My strategy is: - summon 3 totems with soulrend and run around the unique boss avoiding its projectile.

I run around the boss on long distance in order no to be killed by melee attack

I can't use blight bcoz blight channels for short distance and my char should come close to the boss that is risky...

Contagion is very comfortable in this aspect - it is used on long distance and lasts 10 seconds

If i used wither that lasts just 2 seconds and can be stacked then i would permanently pay attention to this skill losing possibility to avoid boss's projectile.

If i understand properly - i should press fire-button 15 times to stack wither up to 90% increased chaos damage...In this case i should pay big amount of attention to the boss whereas contagion works automatically bcoz it is damage over time and it lasts 10 second in my case with increased duration support gem

For a slightly more efficient version of the same playstyle, you might do better to put Wither on the totem and cast the Soulrend.

^^This. Or if you get a Spreading Rot jewel, put Blight in the totems and the Blight will also Wither with a bonus.

If you get a second curse, you can put two on Bane.

Not quite. You can link two curses to Bane, perhaps even with a support. For example, my Bane/Soulrend Trickster has Bane-Despair-Efficacy-Enfeeble in a 4l. When he casts Bane, he also curses with Enfeeble and Despair.
