My character's are not showing up on my account.

Not sure what's going on but I can't access my character's that are on my account. Other's have stated that can't see me either. I've been playing for a few years and I updated my internet provider last year I believe. When I try to view my account I see nothing....no character's, no achievements etc. Could I get some help please?

If the account you are logged into appears to be empty, it is likely you used a different email address for your main account, or have an account linked with Steam.
