Slow download speed and pattern crashes at log-in

Hello,
I decided to come back to PoE after a year of break. I installed the game through the official site but i noticed that download speed is at max 1.50MB as comparing to steam which is 30MB. I cannot play on steam because my account wasn't made there. Is it issue from the server side and is there anything i can do to speed it up? Also the other problem which caused me to try re-download the game was the constant pattern of problems i had at every log in and after i got into the loading screen. First error was failing to authenticate and then after it that "unexpected disconnection occurred" error but then no issue to load and it happened like that every time, 2 disconnections before i could actually log into the game properly. I do run game on 60 FPS, i do not own a toaster so it is sure not the issue from my PC and year ago i never met any of the problems mentioned above. Now i re-download the game to see if it helps but does anyone else had this sort of experience and has any ideas what causes it or is it just the GGG side and there is nothing i can do about it? I do not run the game of SSD and never did. When i played a year ago i had no problems with loading or low frames. Now when i do load into the game i do not experience any issues in terms of how smooth the game runs. The problems is just at logging part. 2. Wrong version on WinMTR so we can't use that report for anything.
You need to download version 0.92 xx and do that again. 3. I can see you are running Windows'7 with 8 GB of ram. That is about minimum so Windows'10 with 16 GB would be better. 4. Sadly to run the game now a SSD is a minimum, so I would get that + more ram and reinstall to windows'10. |

I have a router which i share with my bf. Btw. He did download the game with better speed and doesnt have any issues.

" are you using wifi connection from your pc to the ISP router? Do you have any idea why the WinMTR report shows and "unknow device" as first hop ? Try connection your pc diretcly to the ISP router using a good CAT6 ethernet cable. |

I am using ethernet cable and a TP router which is the 2nd line ip. I trurly right now have no idea about the first hop. I will try to investige further if i find something.
My bf also has no response from the first hop like me. Cmd showed same results on both pc's. Btw I wanted to thank you for answering so fast and help on this mysterious issue so far :) twitch.tv/unik0rnu
