Flashing blue lights in Tower Map / (Similar to abyss graphic errors which was fixed)

Upon walking into certain areas within the 'Tower' map.

* First time upon entering Tower Map Tier 10 this league *

You could move in and out areas which would produce the flashing lights. I ended up finding 'sweet' spots where the whole screen would not be completely covered.

The previous level before going up the ladder to kill the boss I also found areas which showed an approx location of where these blue lights may be emitting from. The boss fight area did not have any problems.

It looks similar to the abyss league issue of the black lines covering your screen upon triggering an abyss (which was fixed).

Gameplay was perfectly fine while clearing the map (I don't even know how I managed, the issue is BLINDING)
