Spark\Vaal spark can't hit monsters from blight portal with proximity shield

Spark skill can't hit beacon monsters with proximity shield including unique boss Beacon of "Inevitability". Searched forum found similar threads but still no info in known issues and still not fixed. Example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbBJTX1FfoM&feature=youtu.be

That’s not a bug. That’s the whole point of proximity shield. You have to be inside the shield for your spells and attacks to do damage.

Well, if you watched the video you would see that being inside the shield changes nothing

In that case, it might be a flying monster. Too small to see it on my ipad. Ground projectiles can’t hit flying monsters.

Then it's okay that some blight maps randomly just cannot be completed due to these monsters?
