How do I make friends?

step one: get them free items and currency xD
3.26 when?
Don't abandon us. don't turn your backs on the ones loving poe.
I also started in Everquest and played years and years of WOW. I also played Guild Wars 1&2. I played in groups all the time, I joined guilds and was very social.

I started playing POE very early - I'm guessing 2013 and I joined a few groups and back then it was Free for All looting and the assholes grabbed everything. That took care of my incentive to group until a few years later when you had to level the masters and I decided to give it another try - but the masters daily groups were horrible beyond comprehension.

Anyway, the long and short of things are that this wonderful game that GGG has and continues to develop is chock full of assholes and greedy people that could give a rip about others. So, my advice is to keep your sanity and upbeat gaming to either join a guild or so it solo - there is no in between that I have seen. I think trade is way better than it used to be, but be very careful.

Oh, and make friends in real life........and if you are lucky they will want to play POE with you.

LOL! I got RL friends but they do not play POE and are not interested. I made one POE friend that is not playing often because of RL getting in the way (hehehehe). Looting is never a problem with him. He is an honest man.
You don't need friends to play PoE. You just need time.
