Make low level useless uniques viable
You guys have copied so much from diablo I dont see why copying more would be an issue. Why not have unique items that drop scale to the level of your character of the monster that drops it? this would make so many uniques that might be good for a low level be potentially viable for higher levels. unique implies they are usefull but most of them just have a unique look rather than being worth anything

Why should all uniques be viable endgame ?
There are already many, many, many uniques that are very useful endgame to be honest, many of them are niche though, which is pretty nice imo. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

At low, mid or high, there are too many useless uniques. It takes away the flavor and that special feeling of finding an unique item.
Prophecies are an incredibly smart mechanic that just doesn't get used as much as it should. Instead of creating new unique items, GGG should upgrade the already existing ones (the useless ones specially) into something useful. Same unique could even have many (and different) consecutive upgrades VIA prophecies, just tune case by case to make each prophecy as rare as it should be. An item we really loved in Diablo was the gull dagger (crap dagger but huge bonus to item rarity, used as a swap weapon when finishing bosses). I have a question tho.
Touching of the useness on low lvl uniqs. Their drop is relatively high even in endgame, even in maps at whole, where they are no need at all. So, the question. Is there any lootfilter what can update itself with a recent trusted (nonpricefixed low) prices of uniques and even other stuff ehat can be tuned like to show only 5c+ or 20+c worth uniques. Hmm.. I think they could reduce the problem by making the lowlevel bases drop less often on high lvl areas. But this would also include less tabula drops (which is kinda useful for a no level unique).

Many high level uniques are useless even if you dump the level requirements to low 20s.
Letz just face the fact, that the itemization of more than half of uniques lost it's purpose when there are so many additional rare mods available through various contents (fossils/craft bench/essence). 80% of rings are serving only as Loreweave feeder. Thank god for fated uniques, otherwise it would be even more. Every unique is around a quarter of an alch to me, so i pick them up to not run out of alchs. I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community.

There are just some unbalanced uniques that are trash by themselfs and cant be balanced. Like dendrobate for example which wasnt used at all in a league where poison assasin was played a lot or wasp nest where a rare craft for 50c is like 2x better in terms of dps than that.
