Missing criteria "Reduced Charges Used" for searching flasks on poe/trade site

You would need to use the "#% increased Charges used" stat filter in your search with the maximum set to 0. If you are wanting to search for a specific range, use negative values (-25 and -20). Example: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Blight/zVW2ERU4 |
