Cisco AMP for Endpoints labeling Path of Exile as malware!
|
If you happen to be behind a network administrator controlled network using "Cisco AMP for Endpoints" to monitor traffic, Cisco is now labeling pathofexile.exe as malware and auto deleting the .exe file.
More specifically, it pinpoints this as the problem: " The installer was downloaded directly from Path of Exile's website. I am curious what the W32.DFC.MalParent file is? I have played for several years and never had this issue. I realize this might be a Cisco problem labeling a false positive. I really hope this gets fixed so I can login in and play again. Yes. When time allows or during lunch break.
