Multiple problems with Mastermind Lair safehouse rewards

There are a few issues inside the Mastermind Lair and safehouse reward areas.

1) When you try to put something in your stash, or take something out of it, it just drops on the ground, rather than the item being swapped to your inventory.

2) With reward encounters where you can use currency to modify equipment, it is not possible to use 'X' to apply this type of currency multiple times.

3) When Catarina in the Mastermind Lair, or other syndicate members in safehouses are defeated, it is not possible to talk to jun and veil the items that dropped.

These issues were already present since the launch of 3.8 (maybe earlier as well I don't know), but I don't see them in your 'Check before posting' post so I just thought I would share these issues here.

Any news on fixing the crafting issue where you can't use 'X' to use the same currency multiple times? The stash issue has been fixed, but there are still issues months after posting this thread :(. This is very annoying.
