Not entirely sure they are worth it compared to the Fire-Raiser or other spectres, but not a terrible choice either. Will pit them vs an Ele reflect T16 blight to see if all that health actually matters...
Soo...after a few more maps I've revised my initial assessment. I like them more than Solar Guards or their Fire-Raiser breathern. Having a higher base damage than SGs without any beam to slow them down + not having the reduced cast speed of other goats is a very strong combo - if you can put up with having to find a new set of them in an Einhar mission after any changes to your helm...
Also not suiciding them against Ele reflect in the name of Science, I doubt they could have tanked Ele reflect anyways and I like them too much now.

You're probably right, but now I'm gonna have to find some of these goats and test this just to be sure. Being able to run ele reflect would be very nice.

All of the Beastiary mobs have very high life multipliers. It is among the highest in the game that you can spectre. A couple of Delve (Cavestalker as an example) monsters and Alva's (Vaal Advocate and Enhanced Fallen) Temple monsters have similarly high life multipliers. The good thing about these Spectres is that they really won't die to pretty much any content.
