In SSF, it is a god send in early levels.
~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.
If it's crap, you don't need to worry about it.
First character through the acts, too rare to use.

Second character, can skate through.

Working well.
You can use them on maps, so they aren't that bad.

Yeah, did this a lot in Harbinger--what else was I gonna do with the damn things?
They should make them a lot more common during leveling.
Binding isn't part of the normal drop tables. You can only get them from Harbinger map mod/Zana missions, Temple, and Delve. Such limited use is why it wasn't added to the main drops after Harbinger league.

Thing is... you don't have them in early levels.
In Harbinger League it was different... they were actually quite common. I think I have more Orbs of Annulment (1) than Binding (0). :D

Considering mentioned above, this does exactly 0 sense.
If anything, their limited use should have been the reason to add them to low-level drop tables after harbinger league ended.
