Mineral Pools Map needs Skill to cross Gap to Boss

I don't know if it is intended but the Mineral Pools Map I found can't be completed without flame dash or leap slam or anything.

For future reference: Get a bug report number when things like this happen. Screen shots by themselves don't cut it.
