[NOT WORKING] - Items and Gems have % reduced Attribute Requirements

Hi,

I was wanting to run a Mjolner build
and use the Atziri's Foible shown here to reduce the stat requirements
However the reduced attribute requirements is not applying to my mjolner or anything else that I have. The corrupted implicit and all the other mana mods do still work on the foible just not the reduced requirements.

Why do you think it doesn’t work? It doesn’t change the requirements on the items. It just lets you equip those items when you have 25% less than the required stats.

Reduced attribute requirement doesn't show on gear and never has, but has always worked anyways.
Of course it's fairly counter intuitive, I guess it's because any modifiers on you cannot affect items that aren't equipped, but that's rather a nice to have than a bug.
However if you have more then 309 str and 225 int and still can't equip it, that's possibly another situation.
