Any reason to not use multiple accounts this league?

Is there something I missed or is there a reason NOT to make a tanky aura bot on a 2nd account and just AFK that aurabot on Blighted maps near the objective for 4x damage? Or maybe a summoner?

I was also wondering, if you are really strong, maybe use 5 afk accounts for more IIQ/IIR? In normal maps this does not work because you have to stay close but in Blighted maps you can just stay near the objective.

Is any of this against the GGG rules?

I'd assume not. But I'm pretty sure it would be a lot more productive to just play, and not manage like four tabs at once.

The aurabot thing would be OP though. That'd be good to do. Unless you're a summoner, then just git gud. You're doing everything wrong if you aren't destroying everything as a summoner.

As long as you're manually controlling both accounts, you're good.

If you need that type of advantage, work on your skills or build a stronger character.

aura's / partybuffs only affect you if your "bot" is like 1 screen away, even with generosity :P

That's kind of what you need when you're doing Blights though... you can just park your aura dude in a safe spot and then start the encounter.

well, then it might be good idea to have 2 accounts.

kinda obvious that i'm skipping Blight and have no idea about the mechanics :P

Yes of course I would control everything manually. It's not really a pain because the 2nd account would just enter the portal and then AFK until end of fight. It is a pain to level another account yes, I hate that...

But you are right, a summoner would be better than an aura bot perhaps. Or maybe both since I only need some tanky summons (don't need DPS) and then use aura's to buff my main character's DPS.

I think I will level another char tomorrow then.

I can't do much about my skills. I'm glass cannon and my DPS is just too low. Spamming minion-towers sometimes works to perma-trap bosses (will be fixed soon I fear) but most other bosses just walk to the end and I can't really damage them nor stop them regardless of towers due to my build (starting league too late also didn't help). And those proximity shields...
Also it's kinda boring pressing RMB for 5 minutes to kill certain bosses.

I either need more DPS or summons/tank to stop them... Or alt-account.

Does anybody know what would be the best build for summons for the AFK-account? It needs to be something that doesn't need to be recast because otherwise an aurabot is better.

I say it is good idea to have a couple of accounts to increase your rarity and quantity. but who wants to drag all these accounts through all the acts.
