Bug Report - Alva Mission stuck at 2/3 after killing map boss

report number - 347,891,167.

Step by step:
- Open Elder Arid lake as a red Alva Atlas mission with Harbinger Zana craft.
- Run right side around the lake and complete the first 2 Alva parts (died in the first one though).
- Enter boss room and kill boss.
- Exit boss room and clear the rest of the map.
- The last Alva will not allow me to enter the incursion.
- Noticed that Alva has disappeared from her previous two complete incursions.
