Dash Sound Problems

Dash has a an ear piercing sound right around 17.5khz that hurts when ever it is used. I don't know if this wasn't realized due to it being such a high pitch sound (maybe most people can't hear it, my brother can't) but it makes me completely avoid the skill and anybody that is using it in my party because it hurts to listen to.

This problem is still prevalent in the 3.9, and I know that it's a minor issue seeing as most people won't notice but it's a pretty easy fix and would let me play with other people again...

Still a problem as of Mirage league.
