utmost intellect is bugged ?

I have utmost intellect on my amu. As in sheet it should give 40 int and 8% increased int. But i got only the 40 int ? Is that a bug or is the sheet false ?

You already got utmost intellect on the tree you can't allocate it a second time with the amulet. Annointing just makes it as if you took that node on the tree so if you already have the node nothing happens.
