Delve Subterranean Chart Not Loading

My Delve Chart isn't loading, so I can't choose any nodes from there. When I first click on the Delve waypoint thing, it shows the circular loading symbol for a second, but then just stops and leaves me with a black screen where the chart should be. Below is the pic and bug report number (62,645,877) -



This was on Standard, btw. I should note that I AM able to enter the mine level 1 via the doorway, and the chart does load for me when I click the Crawler that stands at the entrance there (and the node loads as normal). But the chart that loads for me does seem to have a significant number of orphaned nodes on it. Not sure if that's intended or if some bug has cropped up during the merging process.
