Voicemeeter + Path of Exile audio issues

Hi, I use voicemeeter potato to maange my audio i/o and it causes path of exile to show "no sound driver", yet upon launch I can hear the gears prior to logging in, once the login screen is presented the sound is cut.

Would like to know if there is any solution to this

Using VoiceMod.
I'm a BigTime Streamer as well and i cannot stop using Voicemeeter and voicemod...

I've had no issues before TONIGHT.

I would like a fix to this FAILURE of Update that happened tonight...

I've uninstalled the entire game and relaunched the installation.

So please... Help a bro out...
