This one has mistakes though, but I love the format. Found this mistake:
Juggernaut +1000 to Accuracy Rating Cannot be Chilled Cannot be Stunned 5% increased Damage per Endurance Charge Gain an Endurance Charge every second if you've been Hit Recently Should be: 16% increased Armour 6% increased maximum life 20% increased life recovery from flasks |

Be it amulets, rings or maps, it handles them all. Also allows you to simulate from what you have, including via upgrading the oils you possess. " You don't need them. The passive tree in-game tells you which oils are needed for which passives, and the entire list of oils and their effects on amulets, rings and maps was revealed by GGG in a post just prior to league launch. You can also just put in what oils you have into the anointing screen and it'll tell you what they'll give the item before you actually click to anoint it.
