Daily Master Missions in 3.8.0 - An Update from Chris Wilson
" Sounds like it. Looks like this was the compromise to bring it back up to 5 per day. |

" True, but at least it needs a hive mind. Here, a dozen bitter people, some of whom did not even play i nthe last couple of leagues, can inflict their cancer int oevery thread, because their comments worth just as much as anyone elses. So to every good feedback you can get a "lmao TencentGGG xddd" and stuff like that. It's quite tiring, and I can't blame GGG for focusing on reddit feedback. I mean, do you want to talk with people who actually enjoy and want to play your game, or bitter people who quit years ago, and their only enjoyment is trolling around here? |

" Oh well, another thing to add to my daily morning routine. Hey GGG, having to log in once a day to bank the 5 master missions is making PoE be more of a choir that must be done daily instead of a fun-to-play game. Most of the PoE player base are not slavers so forcing this log in is not the right way to go. Granted, logging in and then out in each of the different sub-leagues (trade, SSF, hardcore) isn't difficult but still it's another "must do" to not feel like being left behind as in "must play a meta speed racing build" or get left in the dust. The feeling of being forced to do things just to play PoE is wrong and even more players are likely to skip this league as a result. Why the H does GGG pay so much attention to what the Reddit kiddie's say? Reddit talk is so toxic and bs most of the time. The more intelligent discussions are here in the PoE forums anyway so why does Chris get influenced so much by what is said on Reddit? For that matter why does Chris choose to read Reddit PoE threads instead of GGG's own forums for player feedback? "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..." Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. " Ugh, what are you even on about? Any source on the discussion being more intelligent here, than on reddit? Your post certainly does not support that idea. Also, why are you hating on reddit for having to log in every day? No one asked for that. Reddit asked for all the master missions instead of just a few, to which Chris said okay, you'll got it, but with this added condition. You shouldn't rant about the intelligence difference, when you blame reddit for GGG's poor decision. This post of yours is the very example of why GGG likes to listen to reddit feedback more, because if you post this factually wrong comment on reddit, you would've been downvoted into oblivion, so GGG employees wouldn't have to read it and get a brain aneurism. But here we are, on the forums, where your factually incorrect post is just as prominent than someone else's post with actual useful information and feedback. " one of the most funny posts I've read in a while, the "calibur" of redditors is: downvote everything that is not a popular opinion.. wonderful thing. but then again this is what mostly dev's want, positive "vibes" only we can't have "negative" things nope that's for the support on the official forums. Man, they have everything too easy these days and yet people is still looking for safe places. As for the thread, not that I actually care once I complete the atlas maybe for extra sulphite but since it's account wide now, not so much anymore. "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure." Poe 0.2/10 Returning to poe in 3.27: ATROCIOUS game performance, 5/10 league and I apprently missed the loot back in the last league. The more things change the more they stay the same.. Last edited by Xystre#4581 on Sep 2, 2019, 3:22:55 AM

" This complaint makes no sense to me. This new change means that if you play 3 days (15 missions) its better that the entire week under the 2 per day setup (14 missions). Edit: And if you log on for even one minute each day you get 35. Last edited by DArtagnon#0656 on Sep 2, 2019, 3:26:20 AM

" You have an interesting idea about what a safe place is. If reddit during Synthesis was a safe place and a positive environment for GGG, then they must be masochists. I'm starting to wonder if you guys ever actually been on the subreddit, or just pulling these things out of thin air. Also, what do you mean by "these days"? Developers in the 90s or 2000s barely interacted with the community at all. You didn't like the game? You thought it was too hard? You had some quality of life suggestions? No one cared. You/we have it easy these days when Chris Wilsons directly reply to our cries, and we throw a big enough tantrum, the employees will eventually change our diapers. |

" Alt. Accounts are a good reason why only people who log in that day can get mission. It takes time and it's flustrating so people won't feel urge to spam many accounts just to generate missions. Not having time to play everyday is stupid complain. Right now if you don't have time to play you waste every single mission. However with this system all you have to do is log into the game and exit so at the end of the week you can enjoy 7 extra missions of each master. If you don't have time even for this then NOTHING changes for you besides being able to run master mission on a map you want to run. Last edited by karoollll2534#2874 on Sep 2, 2019, 4:43:19 AM

This is a great QOL change, thanks GGG. As for those that bother to level up alt accounts to get more missions, who cares, it’ll be 0.5% of the player base who will do it...
