Whats your pick for a sleeper 'good' notable to get on a neck?

It'll probably end up working like essences. Basically nobody crafts anything but leveling gear with low level essences. They get rolled into screaming, shrieking or deafening for any serious attempt at crafting end game gear.

I shall grab Conduit, the most useless notable in the game (even though I don't part with anyone). And that's only because I'm awesome like tiger.

Pretty awesome, but Conduit is a Keystone, not a Notable.

Well they just announced there's like 13 ones you can only get with these crafts since they're not connected on the tree.

Sure, but would your spell caster consider it worth getting Rampart on the amulet over another notable? That seems quite unlikely.

The 8% attack speed and 20% increased attack damage while fortified won't benefit a spellcaster outside shield charge, so all you have left is 5% increased movement speed and 10% increased Fortify Effect. I've got a hard time imagining a spellcasting build that won't find other another notable more useful than that.

If looking at good movement speed notables, Harrier (with cast speed), Fangs of the Viper (with increased chaos and physical damage as well as dexterity), Diamond Skin (with resistances), Precision (with cast speed and dexterity), Nimbleness (with cast speed and crit multiplier) are all great options for a caster, and of course Freedom of Movement (with phasing on kill and greatly increased movement speed and dodge when phased) stand out.

If looking at a good defensive notable, 10% increased fortify effect doesn't come close to what Soul of Steel, Crystal Skin, or Singular Focus would all seem a great deal more useful.

+30 of an attribute could be pretty badass for stacking builds and generally could be pretty good imo
