Pantheon challenge is not updated after Soul of Arakaali soul is captured

After completing the map with the Soul of Arakaali captured, the Pantheon challenge is not updated.
The same is for another Soul, but I have not captured the screenshot for that.

when you leave the map, you have to pick up the soul from the map device and then hand it in to Sin.
Did you do this ?

You means to capture the Soul at THREE locations to counts as a capture?

yes, you need to get them all for that node.
so for Soul of Arakaali you will also need to do the other listed there -->
Queen of the Great Tangle
Spinner of False Hope
Armala, the Widow

and after everyone of them, you need to pick up the item from the map device and bring it to Sin before you start the next one.
