How i remove a Skin Transfer to put Another one?

Yep, that's correct. Shift clicking on an item after you've used a Skin Transfer on it will undo the transfer and restore the destroyed item. Just make sure you have enough space in your inventory to put the restored item back if it's something particularly flashy you don't want to drop! :)
