About to beat act 10. I have 1EX and 17c. Should I go for the bow first? If not, what else is a priority?

could you make a guide of how to craft a good bow for lightning arrow? couldn't find any on youtube.. only for ED build.

Hey. 87lvl with this build and Im struggling fighting with bosses. I know barrage needs to be in melee range to hit damage but I feel like Im not doing any damage anyway... Also taking out Syndicate bosses is hard.
And how can I get 2nd stack on dash? | |

yes wrath aul is like 10ex.

Hi Angry and all, I'm quite new to POB and only started in Jan from 3.13 version. I'm interested to try the LA ranger however after going through all 83 pages of post I still could not find the answer why a Lightning build would use a lot of ice/cold skill/aura/gem. I may miss some knowledge from previous POE version. Is ice a condition to buff/trigger lightning damage? Why not 100% pure lightning related skill/gem? I saw everone using Hearld of Ice and Hypothermia so it must be right but just can't figure out why?

" Hi there. The problem with elemental skills is that they need additional damage, otherwise output DPS will be poor. So we have to add all kind of elements there. If you just go lightning alone, DPS will be poor. So you need cold, and even fire if possible https://www.twitch.tv/angry_roleplayer
