Decree of Winter enchant is causing me damage

Few minutes before I did the screenshot got hit by something weird, I have been experimenting this weird source of damage for days but right in the trial I realized what it was. Last bumped on Aug 2, 2019, 4:25:54 PM

You sure it wasn't from using a movement skill in those traps that damage you for using a movement skill in your screenshot?

Those traps deal damage over time, not a hit, im totally sure im getting HIT by something, i would say its the enchant, cant say it 100% sure but i would say 80%

And yeah i know the totems, but i have been experimenting this thing for days, inside and outside trials, so its not because of the traps.

then you better make an youtube video proving this because Decree of Winter can't hit you or reflect damage back to you.

then we have to wait for @Op to report back about what is said ingame about the skill but I am 99% sure I am correct about enchants skill can't reflect damage on any of them.
