10% Chance To Trigger Level 1 Blood Rage on Kill - Weapon Bug

I have this veiled mod on my Paradoxica, and noticed it wasn't triggering on kill. The skill was grey'd out on the skillbar, as it should have been, and I noticed that it said "100% chance to cast when you take xxxx damage" - as if I had it linked to a CWDT gem. Oddly enough, I had a CWDT link in the sword itself, so I took it out, then it worked as it should, proc'ing Blood Rage on kill.

I don't think the CWDT should override the mod on the weapon? When I had the gem in the weapon, Blood Rage wouldn't even trigger after I had taken damage, so it just made it completely useless and void.

mods like that is like an extra "link" on an item and that's why this happens.
Also the reason your blood rage wasn't triggering even from Cast When Damage Taken is due to skills being disabled if they are linked to two triggers. In this case your blood rage had an on kill trigger, and the Cast When Damage Taken trigger, disabling it.
So, should this not be fixed?
