Help Spawn Uber Elder

Hi,

I have pending quest "The Eldritch decay" since last season. After playing some maps I saw Shaper influence on t16 and shaper realm, so started Killing Hydra and Hydra got Elder influenced.
Problem comes when I try to continue killing near shaped guardians: Phoenix got killed and still shaped influenced, not getting Elder influence on it, then I try killing Chimera on shaper influence and remains shaper...

There are some other shaper guardians on my atlas:
Colosseum map (t12 on left) has Ambrius guardian
Cementery t12 right has Erebix
Temple t10 up has Jorus

should I kill all them before t16?

What should be the fastest way to do Uber Elder? Can I just buy and put the fragments now shaper is in Center and kill him skipping t16 guardians? I am getting out of currency to try so many t16...

These are not guardians. These are just regular map bosses listed for Pantheon bonuses.

Are you using old maps? Your influence should spread when you kill Phoenix/Chimera, but if you're using maps from previous series, they may count as another map. Try using a new map (iirc you can trade old map to vendor to get a new map of the same tier).

If you put guardian fragments to the map device while Atlas is in the state your picture shows, you'll get Shaper. You need to spawn Uber Elder and kill his Guardians first.
