Constant Game Crash Poe and PS4 Error CE-34878-0

My game crashes constantly. I put in WORK on this game, anywhere from 1 - 5 hours a day and it crashes at least 2-3 times a day. I believe that consoles cannot handle the game. I don't even bother to do blight maps. When there are too many mobs or even items on the map, frame rates drop and eventually a crash. I don't think consoles can handle this title.

I have to mention issues where I freeze or a split second from either dashing too fast too many mobs on the screen. In tier 12 maps this is death. Can't imagine higher tiers. Blight maps? Forget about it. Could be the console's nic or my ISP, but I doubt playing on PC would be this bad.

With that said, I just ordered my Azeron and will be moving over to PC. It's sad because I dropped some money on this game here. There are no account transfers from PSN to PC last time I checked.
