Maim Support / Elemental damage with attack support conflict.

Ok wearing Briskwrap. Got a Craghead and Quill rain.

In my 5 socket briskwrap i got Elemental hit Supported by elemental proliferation and mirage archer. If I have Maim or Elemental damage supporting the skill works fine, but the moment BOTH of them support the skill goes inactive and can't be used. If I pull mirage archer the skill becomes active again even with both the other 2 supporting. What's the conflict here?

Anyone know why?
