High latency spikes

Hi there,
I just moved and my new ISP is not one of the best one. I am experiencing a lot of high ping spikes ( up to 2kms ) during gameplay. Game is barely playable, lots of teleporting back and disconnecting. WinMTR tests: https://pastebin.com/UAFPSwTw Can anyone help me out with understanding what is happening? Just to confirm, do not use a WIFI connection but a cable directly from your pc to your ISP device.
Also, it looks like you need to talk to your ISP --> myfastgate.lan - 1 | 676 | 672 | 1 | 5 | 104 | 3 You are having 1% packet loss and latency spikes on up to 104 ms. This should be rock stable at 0% and <=1 ms It can also be that there is firewall (UPnP) enable in the ISP device, if's that the case please disable it and test again. | |
" Hey there, thanks for your answer, I Will look info the UPnP stuff tonight. I did include the cable connection in the pastebin I posted( below the WIFI one ). It shows 0 pocket loss until the last node. Thanks for helping me out! |
