Spiritual command and local attack speed question

Does this attack speed craft work to increase the weapon's local attacks/sec?


I have the notable Spiritual command on the passive tree that lets minion attack speed work for me as well.

Thanks for the quick reply but sigh. The usual story. I use something that doesn't work for a whole league. This time half a league.

Hmm I don't see why it would be. The rule we have been working with since 2013 is "if it can apply to a white version of the item, then it is local; otherwise, it is global." Gemini Claws aren't minions and they don't have minions either. So there's nothing for a modifier like that to affect on a claw.

You'd have to have some modifier like "Increases and Reductions to Minion Attack Speed also Affect your Weapon" if you wanted to start believing it's a bug, but I don't think that modifier exists.
