Unable to connect to patching server

There's always this popup whenever i tried to launch POE, unable to connect to patching server.
Please help, it wasn't like this before, and my connection is fine.

It seems like your cloudflare is blocking my ISP.

It was fine approximately 12 hours ago, then i went to sleep, when i woke up, can't connect anymore.
I am unable to connect to here with my real IP 172.65.254.9
