Efficient Training -> Utmost Intellect

I've noticed that Efficient training doesn't include the 8% increase to intelligence...I feel like with how the jewel reads this is a bug?

This is correct. Efficient Training transforms only actual Intelligence, it does not transform stats that are modifiers to your Intelligence. This is why the wording on the attribute transformation jewels is different from things like Lioneye's Fall.

On that note, it looks a little weird that Utmost Swiftness is not in range of a Jewel Socket, especially when Utmost Intellect is almost hanging directly off of it. I realize that the trees have uniqueness about them that probably pushes them like this, but I'd suspect it'd be best for Jewel balance to throw these Utmost clusters outside of Jewel range (especially for jewels like Transcendent Mind/Flesh/Spirit).
