How long will the Closed Beta last?

As my title says: How long would we have Closed Beta before it becomes Open Beta or be released?

Sure I could buy me a Beta key but money is an issue for us atm.
So knowing it would become available to us all soon would be a waste of $10 for me.
And no, having the money transfered to the ingame shop is not money well spend for me :)

(Yea I looked around on the website, but couldn't find an answer to my question)

They're estimating June 2012 as the beginning of open beta. At least for now.
