Help me out with an elusive weapon upgrade!

First off, I'm lvl 45, lightning strike /shield build.

weapon is showing it's age mainly in that it's so slow. then theres the fact don't need the accuracy, or mana on kill. but it's the attack speed thats killing me
and trade channel is no help, between getting responses with 2h's, or low physical damage rolls.

Does anyone have something better, and a little faster ( the slow attack speed is killing me) for a honest + good deal?
Crit not needed or desired ( running reslute technique)
