Calculating MOM Help Please

So i have 5484 Health and 2094 es. How can I calculate my ehp and how much of a 1 shot i can take with this hp and es? It would be hard to change these numbers much either way aside form some health when i lvl. I also get 10% more MOM from watchers eye. So its 40% I am assuming it’s additive? If anyone is knowledgeable with this and could explain and help out I would much appreciate it.

Thanks so according to this i could use 3k something mana, but only have 2079. So basically for my ehp i can just add that 2094 and 5484 for my ehp? So 7578?

Hopefully I am doing this right but:

Based on the linked comment, your best case scenario is:
EHP = 5484 + 2094 / (1-.4) = 12630
This is assuming that you have 40% MoM.

To get this optimal EHP, you need 12630-(5484+2094) = 5052 mana

So with 5484 hp, 2094 es, 5052 mana and 40% MoM you'd have an ehp of 12630.

Where does PoB show effective health? Just curious since I haven't spotted it.

Using posted life of 5484, at 40% MOM with the gem bonus and assuming Eldritch Battery, you would need 3656 ES to get your max potential EH of 9140.

With posted ES being lower than optimal, your effective health should just be the sum of life + ES, since you will run out of ES first and the overage will keep coming off life until you're dead. That sum is 7578, so it's curious if PoB is showing 7910. Would love to see where that is and whether it shows details...

In practice, with EB you will want to have MORE ES than the optimum for MoM purposes, since you are spending ES for skills, and it is ALSO part of your EH pool. The danger with either mana (w/ MoM) or ES (w/ MoM + EB) in these situations is that a couple of big hits can leave you nearly dead and also without the resource to use skills.

Under Calcs --- Damage taken --- MoM

He has some unreserved mana according to PoB (it may differ according to auras though).

Yes, the unreserved mana is what's doing it. Anyway, the build needs a bunch more ES to take advantage of the extra 10% from the Watcher's. And, as you point out, there is still some unreserved mana for another aura here.
