Quest Map Not Showing Where To Complete Objectives

 As you can see, the quest isn't shown where it's supposed to be. The other areas with the questions marks (places you haven't been to yet) are not shown either. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Same problem. Map no longer shows any location I have not been to. Before I could see every location (quest related or not) with Portals I havent found not being highlighted. Now the quest locations are no there, the locations in general are not there...thankfully I have been playing for quite a while and I know where they all are, but a newbie would be lost. I found it kind of confusing when I was newbie and it showed me where to go....now if I was new going to Act 2 I wouldnt know to go left or right out of camp.

I was going to report this, but you guys beat me to it.
A few notes: This is on CRUEL and maybe Merc only. Normal difficulty appears to be fine. If I'm not mistaken, the game has never shown every single unknown area and if you have a quest that is more than 1 area away from places you've visited you will not see it. The Bug here is that Cruel/Merc do not show the (?) areas adjacent to where you've explored so far. IGN: SoulCinder

" This is true, but if you play act 3 normal you will see that "kill the general across the river quest" is around 5 or 6 areas ahead of where you are, and is a highlighted ? quest. Same goes for a lot of quests. This happened to me in act 2 cruel, as well. |

Same bug happening to me. Normal difficulty just fine. Bug happening in Cruel. I don't think this happened to my first character. I am leveling my second character now, so maybe this was introduced by a recent patch?

The issue is exclusive to Cruel difficulty. Merciless and Normal are fine. They are already aware of the issue.

Looks fixed to me now! Thanks patch 0.10.4.
At least act 3 cruel showed up correctly, with a character that saw the issue in act 1 and act 2 cruel. |
