Exactly in the title. The option to search for items that have an open suffix or open prefix is no longer available.
Why is this? intentional or unintentional? Nothing in any patch notes or updates about it. Last bumped on Jul 28, 2019, 11:34:31 PM

its still there you have to take the filter with empty suffix/prefix modifers

Yeah, still there. Just a bad change in user experience from coder/designer.

its now on stat filter as :
# Empty Suffix Modifiers and # Empty Prefix Modifiers |
