Item Thoughts "Infernal Mantle"

I stumbled recently about the "Infernal Mantle" and read that it was created back then in patch 0.11.1 inspired by a Touhou fan.

I gave this item a thought with these recent days and struggle to find something that would fit to the character that it was inspired by. ( Reiuji Utsuho)

My first thoughts was to build it with "Divine Ire" that would fit to the character with it's Nuclear Beam. Including the skill skin "Black hole" for Frostbolt to support as second skill. But both skills doesn't deal fire damage and the only way to turn both into fire damage would be "Avatar of Fire". The issue I got here is that it would turn the "15% of Fire Damage Converted to Chaos Damage" into a negativ effect.

I know I know the best alternative skill would be Scorching Ray . But that would make the increased critical chance ( from the Infernal Mantle) useless because the skill based on damage over time.

What I suggest here is nothing but a second look onto the item. I am not asking for any kind of buff, just a thought of it. Maybe I am here in the wrong section or overlooked something. But I can't find anyone that even considered to build it like that it would fit to the character. And this huge variety of skills this game provides I'd love to make it possible to take your waifu and build around it.

EDIT: Yes I am aware of that I could convert the remaining 50% of Divine Ire into Fire damage instead of Avatar of fire.

Guy was a visionary, POE then really became a Touhou.
