No Response from Support via Email for Days

Are there any support staff on these forums that can check on an email chain opened a few days ago regarding payment?
It's frustrating as I did as I was requested but haven't heard back for several days now. Last bumped on Jun 26, 2019, 11:00:10 PM

sadly they have a big baglog of e-mail tikets right now (1700+) so response time can be 5+ days at the moment.
