Account keeps being locked....

My account keeps being locked because it says I've signed in at a new location. I have a Verizon MiFi 2000 which Constantly is connecting to a different connect, So my account gets locked and I get sent a code to my email to fix it. This wouldn't be a problem but The email never comes and I can't log on... If I have to wait 3 hours for a email every time to log in because my internet connects to random locations I won't bother play... Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it.. This is the only game I have a problem with it locking me out..

Just connect via VPN.
You can try http://cyberghostvpn.com/ as they offer 30 day premium acc. Just connect everytime to the same server and you are ok.

You could also change your game email to a provider that has a reliable network and will receive your emails instantly (Gmail & the ones for my domain names hosted by OVH always display the lock emails instantly for me)

I have the same problem and even tho I HAVE a paid email account that I receive the email almost instantly with the frequent server disconnects it is almost more than I want to put up with to play the game. To pay for an account to play a free game?? Be serious here Id rather support the game than some random website. But as much as I like the game doing this 3 or 4 times during a gaming session will soon kill my desire to play any further. Hope it all ends well.

I'm still locked out after over two weeks of waiting for an email unlock. I tried again today and still no email what gives? Paid for email not gmail Hotmail etc. Not in spam mail folder either.

Hi, sorry for Necrobumping, but it seems i have the same Issue as OP. Acc keeps getting locked and i have to unlock it ~1-2 times per day. Not a big Problem but gets annoying really quickly.

they would add a disable Setting, but i cant seem to find it. If its allready there please tell me where i can find it

guys this account locked out is getting really really annoying for me, i take my laptop to work and every time i get home and hope to just chill and play poe i have my account locked because im connecting from a different wifi. been playing for about two months now and i just cant deal with this lockout every time now. really dissapointed. if email and p/w word are right it should be okay. i understand there are hackers but there must be other mobile players suffering
