Shop points using Steam?

Hello, can I buy shop points via Steam wallet? How do I go about it? Any instructions would help. Thank you! :O)

Sure can! If your account is linked to Steam, launch Path of Exile through Steam, then 'J' to open the store. Purchasing points through the client when launched through Steam will use your Steam Wallet. :)
