Trade offer accepted but offer wont go away

I accepted a trade offer, took the currency that was offered and closed the menu as normal. This time however the offer I just accepted remains on screen as if I never accepted it. It wont let me accept it again obviously but I can't get it to go away. Tried quitting game but that didnt work either. Not a big issue just annoying. Anyone else have this?

It should still give you the option to cancel the trade (even though it was accepted and completed) not sure what the combo is on xbox but on ps4 its r3 + right arrow.

The one thing I didn't try. It ended up going away on it's own but I'm guessing canceling it would do the trick too.
